8.1 Automated claiming, captcha bypassing, timer manipulation, and any form of faucet abuse are strictly prohibited.

17.1 Merchants are strictly prohibited from using Zexpay services for illegal goods, phishing, malware distribution, fraudulent investments, pyramid schemes, and any other activity that violates applicable laws.

17.2 Adult content (without proper age verification), gambling (unless licensed), and high-risk activities are prohibited.

17.3 Violations will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action.

17.4 Zexpay reserves the right to suspend merchant accounts pending investigation of any suspicious activity.

18.1 Digital assets involve significant volatility and can fluctuate dramatically in value.

18.2 Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. Once a transaction is confirmed on the blockchain, it cannot be reversed or canceled.
